Replace fiberglass windows with glass
New plastic light deflectors underneath the lights in the sanctuary
Dig trench from the southwest corner to the handicap parting of the street
Level the floor and install new linoleum in the kitchen
Repair the hole in the south wall of the sanctuary
Trim between the wall and the ceiling in the foyer
Fix threshold in the handicap bathroom and in the entry doors
Repair the east entry
Outside trim needs to be primed and painted, or replaced with maintenance free facia
All baseboard on the outside walls and the basement needs to be replaced and the pipes covered
Finish drywall mudding, taping and painting in the basement
South basement walls need to be touched up with sheetrock filler and painted
Fireplace needs to be cleaned
Ceiling and office needs to be patched
Spray for bugs
Water around the southwest corner of the building - needs landscaping
Alley needs to be grated
Holes in the west wall near roof need to be filled
Sprinkler heads need to be cleaned out and maybe some replaced
Outside big security light on the south side needs light bulb replaced
